SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.

If you choose UPS as your shipping option, for security reasons they will require a signature upon delivery.

In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, please select Priority Mail if you need your order to be shipped to a P.O.BOX.

Most in stock items are shipped within 24 hours, and will arrive 4-6 business days (UPS GROUND/Priority Mail). You will be notified if an item is out of stock. We don’t ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

UPS 2nd DAY Receive your order in two business days if your order is placed before 9am HPT. Monday through Friday. 2nd Day delivery applies to in-stock items only.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.



OUT OF STOCK ITEMS/SPECIAL ORDERS:

If there is a style that you would like to purchase and is out of stock or not available to purchase on the web, please email us at orders@cirqueleather.com and we can gladly special order the product for you. Special orders usually take 3-4 weeks.

We will gladly exchange your purchase for another size or style if we have it in stock.



EXCHANGE GUIDELINES:

Prior to returning your order you must email your order number, reason for exchange and the item/size you would like in return to exchanges@cirqueleather.com

ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS.

EXCHANGES WILL ONLY BE MADE IF RETURNED ITEMS ARE UNWORN, UNALTERED AND WITH ITS ORIGINAL TAGS.

AUTHORIZED EXCHANGES ARE USUALLY SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HRS OF RECEIPT.

SHIP EXCHANGES TO: CIRQUE LEATHER BELTS P.O.BOX 8097 HONOLULU, HI 96830 Name, date, order#, return address, reason for exchange, style and size originally purchased, style and size requested. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU INSURE YOUR PACKAGE.
